Reflective Practice: In Their Voices Interview with Chuck Crumpton

Reflective Practice: In Their Voices Video Conversation Project

Chuck Crumpton founded Crumpton Collaborative Solutions in 2014 and concentrates on mediation and arbitration of civil cases and public interest cases. Chuck’s style of mediation and arbitration is based on respect for and understanding of the interests, priorities, and values of parties and attorneys.

Michael Lang discusses with Chuck how he employs productive, objective dialogue to help parties reach fair settlements. Chuck describes how values learned in his family as well as life experiences—especially those outside the US—have shaped his approach to conflict intervention.
