Statistics from Franklin County, Ohio’s ODR Program

Great set of comprehensive statistics around Franklin County’s ODR program have now been released.

Two results that stood out:

Would you recommend online dispute resolution to someone else?
91% – yes
8% – no

Given the choice between online dispute resolution and going to court, which would you prefer?
94% – online dispute resolution
5% – going to court

Kudos to the Franklin County team for their great work in compiling these metrics and key performance indicators, and for embracing transparency by sharing them widely.
