Dan Simon

Dan is a leader in the field of transformative mediation. He is the author of the chapter on divorce mediation in the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation's ("ISCT") TRANSFORMATIVE MEDIATION SOURCEBOOK. He is a Past Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. He served for 6 years on the Minnesota Supreme Court's ADR Ethics Board (which is responsible for upholding the ethical standards of ADR providers). He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute for the Study of Conflict Transformation. He has trained mediators throughout the country for the ISCT, the U.S. Postal Service, and as an Adjunct Professor at the Hofstra University School of Law.
